We spent most of this past week at our nephew‘s house, because the leveler on the rig still doesn’t work and the site we have right now is on a slope. If you recall we had to take the camper back to the dealership the first week we had it (when Johnny locked himself and the keys in the truck). The reason we took it back was to address the leveler. They reset our zero points which supposedly fixed the issue.
Yeah, no. 😩
We have been trying to get it fixed ever since which has not been a very good experience. The “customer service” team at RV Wholesalers have not been very responsive - like no response at all for days. Once they finally replied they were not that helpful and told us where we could take the rig and have it looked at. Wrong answer - especially when they also said that there are known issues with these leveling systems. Through our persistence we finally have a technician coming out to us to look at it on Monday. Stay tuned...
We are very fortunate to have the option to stay with Clay, Suzanne and Allie who are very gracious hosts with a gorgeous home on a beautiful golf course. Allie and Johnny were fast friends.

The course here is amazing - even Johnny enjoyed a round last weekend!

Nothing like watching the Masters while playing! Yay DJ.

This was an extremely busy week for me work wise, so I did head back to the rig to work one afternoon. Not bad!

Jerry bought me a little surprise - Kirk and Sweeney XO. I am looking forward to doing a taste test with the Kirk and Sweeney 12, which is what I typically drink. If you have never had this type of rum you don't know what you are missing. It is more like a lighter bourbon than a rum and delicious on ice with a twist of orange. The vanilla hint in the rum paired with the orange flavor is like a warm orange julius - perfect on a fall night in front of a fire.

Looking good Lewis!
