Summer 2021 - We have a place on a golf course and a place on a lake, but we did not build a house on golf course in a lake community per the initial intention outlined on the homepage of our blog.

After intensive research around the Southeast we ended up buying right back where we started - in Utah. So we now have a house on a golf course in Southern Utah.

And a townhouse in Park City, which is on a reservoir.

We found a great home that was almost the exact floorplan of what we had designed, so we decided to just buy instead of build. We are on the 16th fairway looking up at Pine Valley Mountains, and mother nature provides us with spectacular views and a lot of wild life.

One of the things we were hoping to find was an established town that was not yet over exposed. St George is a decent size city with a lot of charm that we are continuing to discover. We have now been in the new house for 4 weeks and love our decision.
