December 6th - We headed out yesterday morning towards North Carolina. Yes, we were on the move during an important Ohio State game. Thankfully Camper Condo has a Wifi network (named Johnnys Rig ☺️) that reaches the truck while we are driving, so I was able to see the whole game while cruising towards our site for the night. #gobuckeyes #chrisolavefortheTD

We spent the night at the Ocoee Winery which is a Harvest Host just outside Chattanooga in Cleveland, TN. It was by far the most challenging location to get into so far. There was a steep & narrow winding drive, drooping wires, and low hung branches. And, we basically had to parallel park to get into the spot. But Jerry navigated it like a champ, and we had a really enjoyable tasting once we were all tucked in.

After leaving the winery this morning we drove around Ocoee Lake on the Ocoee Scenic Byway. I am really bummed we didn't get to hike in this area because it was extremely pretty. But our goal this weekend was to get to North Carolina. Again, the drive had it challenges with winding, narrow roads, but again Jerry navigated like a champ!

We had the rig weighed yesterday on our way to Chattanooga. We are 3K under the recommend weight. That may or may not have been in the back of my mind when we went to the grocery store today once we got to North Carolina. Carol's Kitchen is now fully stocked and back in business!

Tonight - a bourbon glazed salmon served over an arugula salad with roasted butternut squash. I am totally in my element! @carolskitchenparkcity #happyplace

We are super psyched to be in North Carolina and start our deep dive research into the area.
