November 8th - We spent the night South of Louisville, Ky at Boundary Oak Distillery - our first Harvest Host! 🧡🥃

Our original itinerary had us staying on the Bourbon Trail for a week, but with our delayed start due to camper condo issues we had to eliminate the rest of the planned Kentucky stops. The full Bourbon Trail experience will have to wait another day. (Yes, Gretchen Marty - this includes Casey Jones 😩.)
We did however enjoy our tasting at Boundary Oak.

They had a wide selection of whiskies and moonshines that went as high as 121 proof! The most unique one of the tasting was St Luke which was made with lavender. It seriously tasted like drinking a freshly steeped lavender tea with an ending hint of honey. That should def help you sleep!
But my favorite was their version of cinnamon whiskey - Cinnful 69. I can't wait to share with the Smith family! Butch Cassidy Court Peeps - here's a long distance toast to you all!
